All product and service prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made using approved methods at the time of purchase. Aqualite reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
Booking and Appointments
3.1 Service Booking
Appointments must be booked in advance online, via phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
3.2 Cancellation or Modification
You may cancel or modify an appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in fees or loss of the paid amount according to our cancellation policy.
3.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. This applies to all booked services, including therapy sessions, nutrition consultations, hydrotherapy, and physiotherapy.
Refund and Exchange Policy
4.1 Product Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Full details are available in our return and exchange policy.
4.2 Service Refunds
Payments for services are subject to our refund and exchange policy. Fees for services that have already been provided are non-refundable, except in cases of service errors.
4.3 Unused Services or Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions or services that are not used within their validity period or are only partially used will not be refunded. Customers must ensure they utilize services within the designated period.

5.3 Responsibility for Children and Seniors
Aqualite ensures that services meet the needs of children and seniors; however, parents or guardians must ensure their suitability. Children and seniors must be supervised by a guardian while using our services.
Important Note: Aqualite is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from a lack of supervision.
5.4 Instructions and Supervision
All activities include clear instructions and professional supervision. Aqualite is not liable for damages caused by failure to follow these instructions. In emergencies, we provide immediate assistance, but clients must adhere to all safety measures.
5.5 Limitation of Liability
Aqualite is not responsible for physical, financial, or psychological damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for affected services or products. Any device malfunctions or service issues will be addressed promptly, but we are not liable for further claims.
5.6 Health Insurance
We recommend clients have health insurance covering costs related to potential accidents or injuries. Aqualite is not responsible for medical expenses resulting from service use.
5.7 Emergency Situations
In medical emergencies, Aqualite will take appropriate actions, but clients are responsible for disclosing medical conditions requiring special care.
