I acknowledge and understand that I bear full responsibility for my use of the facilities and services available at the Aqualite Sports Therapy Center, and I pledge to adhere to all instructions and directions provided by the employees, trainers, supervisors and medical staff within the center.
Disclaimer Conditions:
1. Personal Responsibility:
I acknowledge that I bear all risks associated with my participation in the exercises, activities, events and therapeutic sessions at the center. I exempt the center and all its administrative, medical and technical staff from any responsibility for any injuries, pain or health problems that may arise, whether due to misuse or any other reason, including any side effects that may occur as a result of using the equipment or participating in various activities.
2. Responsibility for Children:
I pledge, as a parent or legal guardian, to bear full responsibility for the safety of the children I allow to participate in the center’s activities. I agree that the center is not responsible for any injuries or symptoms that may occur to them, and I acknowledge the necessity of supervising the children by me personally or by an appropriate companion.
3. Responsibility for the elderly and those with special health conditions:
In the case of elderly people or those with special health conditions that I depend on or accompany me, I undertake to bring a companion, and I acknowledge that I and the companion understand the potential risks, and I acknowledge that the center is not responsible for any symptoms or health complications that may occur, and that it is not responsible for any legal or financial consequences resulting.
4. No guarantees:
I acknowledge that the center does not guarantee achieving specific results using therapeutic and sports devices. I understand that the results may vary according to each individual case, and I bear responsibility for the extent of my personal response.
5. Medical consultation:
I acknowledge that I consulted a doctor before using the devices to ensure that there are no health contraindications that prevent my use of them. I bear personal responsibility for any health problems that may arise, whether due to my previous health condition or special medical conditions, and I exempt the center from any responsibility for side effects or health complications that may occur.
6. Disclaimer of liability for accidents and unintentional errors:
I agree to exempt the Center from any legal liability for any accident or unintentional error that may occur during the practice of activities, and I pledge not to take any legal action or claim compensation against the Center or its employees.
7. Commitment not to sue:
I pledge not to take any legal action or claim any material or moral compensation as a result of any injuries or consequences that may occur as a result of my use of the Center’s facilities and services. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms in full, and that my signature below is a binding legal acknowledgment.
8. Laws and Regulations:
These disclaimer terms are in line with the regulations and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the instructions of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Commerce, and this document is binding on all parties.
