This policy is based on the decisions of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom to ensure that customer rights are protected in all stages of shopping for our products or benefiting from our services.

First: Product Returns and Exchanges:

1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
   • Customers are entitled to return or exchange products and supplies within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the products are unopened, unused, and undamaged.
   • Products must be in their original condition with all packaging and original labels.
   • The customer must provide the purchase invoice or any document proving the purchase.
2. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:
   • Nutritional supplements or any product that has been opened or used.
   • Products that have expired or have been damaged due to improper storage conditions.
   • Products and supplies that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons.
   • Any product that has been altered or modified after sale, such as removing labels or tampering with the product.
3. Return or Exchange Procedure:
   • The customer must contact customer service via [email or phone number] within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.
   • If the return is approved, the customer will bear the cost of shipping and returning the product.
   • In case of an exchange, the customer will bear the shipping costs related to sending the replacement product.
   • After the returned product reaches our center, it will be inspected, and if it meets the criteria, the return or exchange will be completed.
   • The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method, after verifying that the return conditions are met.
4. Return or Exchange in Case of Defects or Damages:

If the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to return or exchange it

1. • within 14 days from the date of receipt without incurring additional costs.
   • If a manufacturing defect or damage is found, the center will bear the shipping cost for returning the damaged product and replacing it.

Second: Service Subscription Refunds:

1. Basic Refund Conditions:
   • The customer can request a refund for services provided by the Nutrition Center if the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
   • If the cancellation is made after 24 hours from the session or exercise appointment, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
   • In case of cancellation due to emergency or legitimate circumstances, the session can be rescheduled according to available appointment slots.
2. Cancellation or Modification of Booking:
   • The customer must inform the center via [email or phone number] to cancel or modify the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
   • In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full amount paid will be charged without refund.
3. Refund for Partially Used Services:
   • If part of the therapeutic sessions or exercises has been used, the customer is entitled to a refund based on the original price of the session or exercise, after deducting the amount used.
   • The subscription must be within 14 days from the payment date. If more than 14 days have passed, no refund can be requested.
   • An administrative fee of 250 SAR will apply to program subscribers when requesting a refund.
   • The refunded amount will not include any discounts or offers applied to the original price.
   • The refunded amount will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions or exercises only.
4. Subscription Validity Period:
   • All subscriptions to the center’s services have a specific validity period, and the customer must use the sessions or exercises within this period.
   • After 14 days from the payment date, the customer is not entitled to request a refund for unused sessions or exercises.
   • If more than 14 days have passed since the subscription, the customer cannot claim any refund or compensation for unused sessions or exercises.
     1. • The validity period is determined at the time of purchase or service delivery, and no claims for refunds or compensation can be made once the specified period has expired.
     2. Refund Process:
        • Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the beneficiary’s account after confirming that all refund conditions are met.
        • Refunds will only be made if the conditions for refund, such as the 14-day period and validity of the subscription, are met.
        • The refund process may take 5 to 7 business days from the date the refund is approved.
        • Any administrative fees that may apply to the refund will be deducted before processing the refund.

     Third: Additional Notes:

     1. Non-acceptance of Return or Exchange:
        • Products or services cannot be accepted for return or exchange if the return period has expired or if the terms mentioned in this policy are not adhered to.
        • No refunds will be provided if the customer refuses to accept the product or service after booking or purchase.
     2. Handling Complaints:
        • If the customer is dissatisfied with the service or product, they are entitled to submit a complaint through the available channels at the center.
        • Complaints and claims will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a commitment to addressing complaints as quickly as possible.
     3. Compliance with Regulations:
        • The center’s management reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time in line with changes in regulations and directives from the Ministry of Commerce or any relevant authority.
        • Customers should monitor updates to ensure full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
