This agreement is made between Aqualite Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”), and the Client, who has agreed to select and purchase the products/services/programs offered by the Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer” or “the Client”).

The completion of the purchase constitutes the Client’s explicit acceptance and electronic or written signature of this agreement, acknowledging that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms and conditions herein without reservation.

 

Client Acknowledgment

• I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my use of the facilities and services of Aqualite Center.

• I agree to comply with all instructions and guidelines issued by the Center’s staff, trainers, specialists, supervisors, and administrative personnel, and to adhere to the Center’s internal rules and regulations.

• I confirm that I understand all details of the selected programs, sessions, and services, and that they have been clearly explained to me.

• I acknowledge that completing the purchase and selecting the services constitutes a legally binding acceptance of all terms and conditions, including the applicable service fees.

• I confirm that I have reviewed the details of the programs, services, sessions, and products, and that I agree to enroll at the price indicated at the time of purchase.

• I acknowledge that all paid amounts are non-refundable, except as provided under the Center’s official Refund and Exchange Policy and upon full compliance with its terms.

 

Disclaimer Terms

1. Personal Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation in exercises, sessions, and physical or wellness activities at the Center.
I release the Center and all its management, medical, and technical staff from any liability for injuries, health issues, or side effects that may arise, whether due to misuse or any other cause, including those resulting from the use of equipment or participation in any activity.

2. Responsibility for Children

As a parent or legal guardian, I accept full responsibility for the safety of any children I allow to participate in the Center’s activities.
I acknowledge that the Center bears no liability for any injuries or incidents involving minors and that I am responsible for supervising them personally or through an authorized companion.

3. Responsibility for Seniors and Special Health Cases

In the case of participation by elderly clients or individuals with medical conditions, I commit to providing a companion if necessary.
I understand that both I and the companion assume all potential risks and that the Center is not liable for any health complications, legal consequences, or financial claims that may result.

4. No Guarantee of Results

I acknowledge that the Center does not guarantee specific results from any wellness or fitness devices, sessions, or programs, and that outcomes vary based on individual health conditions and other personal factors.

5. Medical Consultation

I confirm that I have consulted a licensed physician prior to using any of the Center’s equipment or participating in any fitness or wellness program.
I assume full responsibility for any complications related to my health condition and release the Center from any liability for side effects or medical issues resulting from my participation.

6. Waiver of Liability for Accidents or Unintentional Errors

I release the Center and its employees from any legal claims or compensation requests related to accidents or unintentional errors that may occur during my use of the facilities or services.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

This disclaimer is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the directives of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Commerce.

8. Health Condition Declaration

I confirm that I have consulted a qualified physician prior to my subscription and that I am free from any illness, injury, or medical condition that may prevent me from safely participating in exercises, sessions, or using any devices.

9. Full Disclosure of Health Conditions

I take full responsibility for disclosing my health condition and confirm that I am physically fit for the programs I have subscribed to.

10. Required Health Evaluations

I agree to undergo all health tests, assessments, or evaluations requested by the Center’s specialists before or during the subscription to ensure safety and suitability of the program for my condition.

11. Prohibition of Defamation or Misuse of Media

I agree not to publish, share, record, or post any content, reviews, or materials related to the Center, its staff, or its services with the intent to defame, mislead, or harm the Center’s reputation on any social media or media platforms.

12. Communication and Complaints

I agree that all comments, complaints, or inquiries must be submitted exclusively through the Center’s official communication channels:

I acknowledge that any unauthorized publishing, defamation, or misconduct may result in legal action under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Additional Notes

• All terms and conditions are subject to modification in accordance with the Center’s policies, with prior notice provided to the client through official communication channels.
